Jitters Café is a family and locally-owned business in Rhode Island.
When not serving up the best cup of coffee in Rhode Island, the Osbrey’s enjoy spending time with their friends and family and traveling whenever they can.
It all began in 1997.
Coffee is our passion. Family is our everything.
It all started back in 1997, when Rhode Island natives Ray and Sue Osbrey were looking for a way they could be more integrated in the community while also doing something they were both passionate about. Their search landed them in North Kingstown and Jitters Café was born!

In the past 25 years, the Osbrey’s have grown the business from just serving coffee to an expanded offering of breakfast and lunch and incredible baked goods.
In 2022 they expanded to their second location on Charlestown Beach Road in Charlestown, Rhode Island.
